Will Spray foam on its own seal mice out?
No. While spray foam is much harder to chew through than fiberglass, mice can still get through it. FVEPC will fill and reinforce suspected entry points with copper and other materials that mice cannot chew through before insulation installation.

FVEPC uses closed cell spray foam products, which off gas for a shorter period than open cell foam, which is most commonly used in new construction.
